Our new Experience Store is located at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013). The nearest MRT is Tai Seng MRT (CC11).

We are open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 10am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

In light of the current safe distancing measures, we will only allow a maximum of 6 customers in our store at any point of time. 

Each group allowed inside the store can only consist of THREE or less. If you are a family, only THREE members will be allowed in the store. 

Please scan the Safe Entry QR code on our big signage outside the store before entering. Let's all do our part in these trying times.

Pre-Orders

Due to the current spike in bike demand worldwide and shortage of parts in bike manufacturing factories, our foldable bikes are usually out of stock. 

So, currently we are taking pre-orders for: Birdy New Classic, Birdy TouringPLUS, Birdy GT, Birdy R20 and Birdy Rohloff.

Method 1: 

Email us at hello@mightyvelo.com, indicating your Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Bike Model and Frame Colour of choice.

We will then email you with the payment invoice. Presently, we accept full payment by PayNow,  bank transfer or cash. 

Method 2: 

Directly place your pre-order with us at our Mighty Velo Experience Store. You’ll have to provide us your Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Bike Model and Frame Colour of choice.

Ordering of bicycles that are in stocks

We currently do not have ready stocks for our Birdy bikes but when we have stocks you can refer to the steps below to order.

Method 1:

Email us at hello@mightyvelo.com, indicating your Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Bike Model and Frame Colour of choice.

We will then email you with the payment invoice. Presently, we accept full payment by PayNow,  bank transfer or cash. 

Method 2: 

Head to our online store to place your order. Full payment by debit/credit card is required before your order can be processed. We accept installment by Atome installment services.


After making the full payment, you will have to wait 2 to 3 months for your bike to be built. We will contact you once your bike is ready for collection.

A wait list is for customers who have expressed interest in bikes that we have no confirmation on the stocks.

A pre-order list is for customers who have made full payment and we have confirmed their bike pre-order.

Yes, we offer a variety of accessories such as Brooks saddles, Bike 31 phone mounts, Crank Brother pedals, Ortlieb carrier bags, Ergon handle grip, Imperium Cycle & U-design front/rear suspensions, Easy Wheels, etc. You can purchase them through our online store or get it directly at our Experience Store. We provide free installation for accessories that are bought from us.

We offer free installation services to our customers who have purchased bike accessories from our Experience Store. 

However, we are unable to do upgrades for example upgrading from a Birdy City to a Birdy GT. 

For other tyres upgrade (18’ tyres to 18’ tyres) , we can upgrade it to other models based on availability. (We cannot upgrade to tyres bigger than your original tyre size.)

- Birdy Classic, Birdy City, Birdy TouringPLUS, Birdy Rohloff, Birdy GT tyres are 18’ tyres

- Birdy R20 is 20’ tyres

We carry the original Pacific Cycles’ Bicycles kickstands.

For Birdy New Classic Kickstand, it retails at S$45. (S$43 for customers)

For Birdy City, Birdy TouringPLUS, Birdy GT, Birdy R20, Birdy Rohloff kickstand, it retails at S$98. (S$93)

Yes, we will teach you how to fold and unfold your bike when you collect your bike.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a surge in demand for bicycles worldwide. While we are still trying to cope with the overwhelming demand, do note that we also build our bikes from scratch. Each bicycle takes around 4-5 hours. The bikes are not ready made and are all hand made by our mechanics.

For Birdy Bikes, the recommended height of the cyclist is between 145cm to 185cm and the maximum weight of the cyclist is 110kg.

Our bike prices have always been below the prices of our overseas counterparts and cheaper than Taiwan. Hence, our manufacturers requested that we increase our prices to match the overall market prices

We do not provide the option to purchase individual Birdy bike components for example, the derailleur and wheelset.  However, we do sell bicycle accessories for Birdy (Grip, Saddle, Bags). They are available both online at shop.mightyvelo.com and at our Experience Store located at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013).

Yes. We sell CST inner tyre tubes at S$20/piece. For installation, it will be an additional $10/piece. 

For replacement of inner tyre tubes, you can bring your bike down to our experience store at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013).

Currently, we do not have enough stocks. Therefore, we will not be having any ongoing promotions or bundle deals in 2020.

We do carry Imperium Cycle Suspension Blocks and U-Design Suspension Sets, which are made in Taiwan. We do not carry ColorPlus suspension.

U-Design Suspension Sets come as a set and only the stiffness of its rear suspension can be adjusted. 

Imperium Cycle Suspension Blocks come individually and only the stiffness of its front suspension block can be adjusted.

We do sell Pacific Cycles’ Bicycles Luggage Case at S$550.

There are three main series of colours that Birdy Bicycle offers. They are the Standard Gloss Series (no additional charge), Premium Matte Series (S$100 additional charge) and Premium Gloss Series (S$250 additional charge). The difference in the pricing between each colour series is due to the different finishes used. 

For the Standard Gloss Colours, there will be no additional charge.

The Standard Gloss Colours include: Lime Green, Aquamarine Green, Sky Blue, Midnight Blue, Moonstone Blue and Red/Black

For the Premium Matte Series , there will be an additional charge of S$100. 

The Premium Matte Series colours include: Pearl Mouse Grey, Graphite Black, Sage Grey, Desert Sand and Military Green

The Premium Gloss Colours will be an additional charge of S$250. 

The Premium Gloss Colours include: Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, Mercury Blue, Mercury Copper, Polished Silver and Mercury Grey

No, we only sell the 17 frame colours that are customized for us by Pacific Cycle Bicycles'. In 2020, bike colours are subjected to availability.

No, bike frame colours are subjected to stock availability. Do PM us on Facebook or email us at hello@mightyvelo.com to check the colour frame availability of your preferred colour.

We provide free paint touch-ups for all of our bikes that are still under our warranty. However, if you have done touch-ups on your own (eg. spray painting), the warranty will be voided.

Our test ride slots are from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 6pm. 

Each test ride will be 30 minutes long. You can test ride up to two bike models of your preferred choice. Each test ride slot will be limited to three pax

You can PM us on our Facebook and Instagram page to book a test ride slot with us.

For test rides, they will be cancelled if there is wet weather or when the route is wet. This is due to safety concerns as the route will be slippery.

Yes, you can PM us on our Facebook and Instagram page to postpone your test ride slot.

No appointment is required to visit our Experience Store. You can head down anytime from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am - 7pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. However, you cannot book a test ride on the day itself.

We accept cash, PayNow via our Corporate UEN, and bank transfer. At the moment, we do not accept debit and credit card payments.

Presently, we only accept payment through PayNow via our Corporate UEN, bank transfer and cash at our store.

For the purchase of bicycles using a credit/debit card, you can only purchase bikes that are in stocks online.

Currently, we only accept cash, PayNow via our Corporate UEN, and bank transfer at our experience store.

No, only Atome installment plan services are available at our online store for bikes that are in stocks. We do not accept monthly payments from other installment service providers.

Currently, due to the pandemic most of our bikes are out of stock and thus, we only sell them through a pre-order basis. If you would like to pre-order a bicycle that is not in stock, you can email us at hello@mightyvelo.com, indicating your Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Bike Model and Frame Colour of choice.

For purchasing bikes online, we only sell bicycles that are in stock.

No, we do not accept any deposits. If you wish to secure your order with us, full payment is needed. Currently, we only accept payment through PayNow via our Corporate UEN, bank transfer and cash at our store.

Standard S$35 local delivery fee applies for all bikes. 

For bike accessories that cost S$180 and below, there will be a S$15 local delivery fee. 

For bike accessories orders above S$180, there will be no local delivery fee.

For bicycles that are in ready stocks, it will take 3 to 5 working days to deliver. 

For accessories, delivery period is around 3 to 5 working days.

For pre-order bicycles like the Birdy GT, Birdy TouringPLUS, Birdy Rohloff, Birdy R20, the expected collection date is December to January.

You are strongly encouraged to collect your bike from our Experience Store. We will inform you when your bike is ready for collection. You can come down anytime between 10am to 6pm. We will be showing you how to fold and unfold your bike.

Due to a huge spike in demand, we do not ship bikes that are out of stock to overseas at the moment. We only ship bikes that are in stock like CarryMe, IFMove and Reach GT.

Overseas bike orders take around 3 to 4 weeks to build and 4 to 7 working days to ship. 

The shipping costs vary by the destination of the country.

No. All import duties, taxes and charges at the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are borne by our customers.

Orders that have failed to deliver will be returned to us. You can choose to visit our Experience Store to pick-up your parcel. 

You can also opt for another delivery with a fee of S$7 for small items and S$20 for bulkier items.

We deliver to all addresses in Singapore except Sentosa, Jurong Island and Tuas. Click here for more information.

We provide check and tuning services for Birdy Bikes.

If you are the first-hand owner of our bikes, we provide free checks, brake calibration, and tuning services. 

For bikes that are not under our records, you will be charged a S$30 fee for each check and tuning, excluding any change of parts.

All of our bikes include a warranty. We offer 2-years warranty on frame and 1-year warranty on the parts and components, under normal usage. 

However, wear and tear parts such as tyres, tube, rim, rim tape, spoke, chain, brake pad, lubrication, coating, etc are excluded from the warranty terms and conditions.

If you modify your bicycle components with external sources, the warranty will be voided.

No, the warranty period cannot be extended. 

For transfer of warranty, the second owner has to pay an $80 administration fee.

We do not accept trade-ins and buybacks.

No, unless customers have received incorrect or damaged goods, goods sold by us are non returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. 

If you have received any incorrect or damaged item, you may contact us to return the item for a full refund within:

- 7 days of receipt for our local customers; or

- 14 days of receipt for our international customers. 

For returns/exchanges of incorrect items: The item must be brand new, unused and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. 

This policy is only applicable to the bike accessories sold by Mighty Velo Pte Ltd. 

Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt or invoice. 

You have to bring along your valid receipt to our Experience Store at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013).

All refund requests will be subjected on a case-by-case approval basis. We reserve our rights to reject any refund claims requested.
